About this musical offering...

Imagine a fictional 16th-century festival in which we visit the popular music of Paris and environs and hear exciting dances, popular folk songs, dazzling chansons, and heartfelt songs of love and melancholy. A few rarely heard folk pieces from 16th-century Brittany and Burgundy round out the program as TEMP explores the rustic and sophisticated sides of Parisian and French country life. Que la fête commence!

Recorded live May 7 & 8, 2016* at University Presbyterian Church and First Presbyterian Church, Austin, TX. Jay Norwood, engineer.
