[img:Steven Olivares]Steven Olivares is an accomplished soloist and chorister, having performed with Animas Music Festival, Austin Lyric Opera, Conspirare, La Follia Austin Baroque, San Antonio Chamber Choir, San Jose Symphony, Santa Fe Desert Chorale, Santa Fe New Music, Santa Fe Pro Musica, Seraphic Fire, Texas Early Music Project, and more. Recent solo performances include David Lang’s Little Match Girl Passion, Uberto in Pergolesi’s La Serva Padrona, Beethoven’s Mass in C, J. S. Bach’s Weihnachts-Oratorium, Orff’s Carmina Burana, Haydn’s Creation, Polyphemus in Acis and Galatea, Jesus in J. S. Bach’s Johannespassion, and Mozart’s Requiem. He holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Steve works full-time as a web developer for Public Strategies, Inc. and is also an instructor of BodyJam and BodyFlow, dance- and yoga-based group fitness classes, respectively.
